My very first Fibre Mood pattern is the Lola Top. I knew immediately upon seeing it that I wanted to make it with the black swiss dot I had in my stash from Minerva. Even though I had other plans in mind beforehand, I knew I couldn’t pass up this perfect pairing.

The Lola Top was included in issue 10 of Fibre Mood’s pattern book. They release a jampacked issue every month which you can subscribe to or you can purchase patterns individually. They also have free sewalongs periodically and usually offer the pattern for free for a limited time. If you’re new to Fibre Mood, definitely check it out.

This is my first Fibre Mood pattern and I have to say I’m super impressed. No modifications were needed and I really enjoyed working through the pattern. The details give this summer top such a unique look and I can easily see this dressed up or down. I’d definitely make this again to add to my summer wardrobe.
