Shipping
Most orders are processed within 3 business days after an order is placed (unless otherwise noted) and are shipped via USPS. Orders are packaged in recyclable materials including water resistant glassine envelopes. For extra protection and tracking information, upgrade to standard shipping at checkout. We ship from Utah, USA.
Tote bags are made to order. Allow up to 7 days for production. Ships separately from our US based manufacturer.

Please double check your shipping information. If there’s a mistake in your shipping address or name, please contact us as soon as possible. If an order is returned to us due to customer error, customers are responsible for reshipment fees.
First Class Letter does not have tracking. For this option, please be aware that we are not responsible for lost mail. If you do not receive your order 14 days (domestic)/ 30 days (international) after it’s been shipped, please contact us. Customers may be responsible for reshipment fees.
International shipping costs do not include country taxes, customs fees or duty charges. International buyers are responsible for any extra charges that may be due.

Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. As a small business, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time.
Sustainability
We strive to be as eco-friendly as possible and look for biodegradable, plastic-free solutions whenever we can. All label packs are packaged in glassine paper envelopes with washi tape or a kraft paper topper. We also use paper shipping envelopes and omit unnecessary packing slips whenever possible.
